Well friends, we're off to the races! Perhaps you're sitting through your third day of setting PLC norms, learning about efficacy, or using RULER to bring about positive SEL exposure like we have been! I know my mind is on my classroom, how I'm going to greet them, and how we're going to get this school year started off right.
I think I'm going to bust out my Dicebreakers to provoke conversations and pre-assess the logical thought processes of my students. Can you find the assessment? (Find the answer at the bottom of our Newsletter)
In this Bulletin: The year laid out for you!

Upcoming Events
๐จโ๐จโ๐งโ๐ฆ Free PD! Initial Support Teacher Mentor Training with CT CSTA! ๐จโ๐จโ๐งโ๐ฆ
We've been speaking about how our chapter leaders won a grant to fund a Computer Science cohorted PD for teachers to earn their State of Connecticut Initial Support Teacher Training qualification. This is a great opportunity to become a stronger, more reflective teacher and do it with fellow content area educators!
This will also be a focus of our first chapter meeting! If you're on the fence our trainer will be present to ask any questions you may have!
